Woot, met up with my clique last night and had dinner at Newton!! Was quite nice la, but I didnt have that kind of voracious appetite, so I didnt eat much. Hahaha. After that, had a small chat, and we are off to Tanglin Starbucks. Something bad happened when we crossed the road. Nisa was being hit by a taxi, lucky the taxi was not travelling at a high speed. She just had abrasion. But still, it is still quite freaky to see someone got hit right in front of your eyes. Glad that she is ok. Hahaha.

So we went to Starbucks and chilled, told something...and we ended at around 11pm. To me, Iqbal is like a philosopher, he got so many things to share and talk about. So all we did was to listening to him share his stories and of course, I know some people didnt like me in the first year. Hahaha, I guess it's expected. I hope we can meet up more, now I need more rest. Hope I dont fall sick during attachment -_-'''

Went down to Candy Floriculture with Ebellia yesterday. Didnt know that GoodWood is just like next door to Candy. Hahaha. It is kinda small, but the Business Development Manager told me that they are tidying up the place, so I presume the garden section is quite big. He told me that we are not confined to only one job scope. We will be exposed to how a garden centre operate. From retailing, to preparing cut flowers, floristry, and also Landscape Design. They said they just hired a Singapore Polytechnic graduate as a Landscape Designer. If there is a chance, we might be going out to do some Landscape Design for hotels. Hahaha. ALSO! He mentioned Mr Gregory Chow's name!!! HAHAHA! Cos he said Candy might be collaborating with Gregory Chow for some Vertical Greenery thingy. ROARR!! Hahaha. So I guess I will be seeing a familiar face (:

After that, went to eat Yoguru at Raffles Shopping Centre with Ebellia and Esther. I tell you, it totally trashed Yami. HAHAHA! No offence, but I find Yoguru's taste nicer than Yami's. I didnt ate lunch before that, but by just eating the yoghurt ice cream, I am really full. How nice ehh. -_-'''

Right now, I feel quite excited for IAP. But somehow, I will miss my clique badly. These 3 years brought us closer together, fun moments of my Poly life were written by them. Without them, I dont know what I will become. When Nisa asked me which moment/semester I enjoyed the most...I dont know what to say, cos practically, it was every semester, with you all. Every moment is fun. Seriously, I am glad I chosen this course. No other course will get to have lessons in Singapore Botanic Gardens, learning skills that you most probably wouldnt find it anywhere in Singapore, and of course, friends that share the same interest as you, Horticulture and Landscape Management. Also, I find that my English improved after hanging out with them, apart from GZ's "yu pian tan". HAHAHHAHA!! Thanks for making my poly life a memorable ones, the only bad thing that I will remember is the Turf Management lecturer, even worst than Mrs Choo who taught us Entomology. BEN! REMEMBER TO HELP ME CHECK HOW MANY ONE TONNE ROLLERS ARE THERE IN HIS GOLF COURSE!!! HAHAHA!!

Sorry and no offence to those who are in favour of him. But I find that its not appropriate to keep saying stuff about an organization that is sort of like in relation to our course, and I dont like his teaching style. What more can I still say at this point in time? It has reached a point of no return.

Woah, Blogger Dashboard got a new look. Hahaha. I got a new look too, or a new hairstyle to be specific. Today, burning of joss paper was everywhere. Imagine the smell of the incense plus the heat from the weather. Worst combination ever I think.

So today, was the last presentation of the semester. I was quite worried for my part, that I might screwed up. Mark la! Keep saying my part important, how to be not stress you tell me. Seeing how other groups present, I would say they did well for the presentation. It was content-packed. Seriously, I guess this particular module made all of us study and learn more in depth on stuff that we had learned for the past 2 years.

The presentation went well I suppose, I was really nervous. Forgot what I want to say next and I crap my way through. Luckily, some parts float back up on to my mind as I continue. I am glad that we finished this together. It was a very meaningful experience to work with Mark and Wen Wei. Pardon for my rudeness sometimes, I didnt mean it. So, this FYP ended sweet and nice. I feel a bit nostalgic on what we have done so far. I will remember what we have done together, be it happy or stressful moments. I felt blessed to meet this two person, one of a kind personalities. OMG. I should stop, later I really cry liao...hahaha..

All I want is to be just normal with you. I needed trust. Did you have that? I think that you might say you gave me too much trust that I move from bad to worst. But now, it is the worst ever that I feel upset to the way you treat me. Like I am suppose to die by myself or what. Sorry for the use of exaggerating words. Well, just came back from Mark's crib. Lol, stayed over for 3 nights, but not consecutively to finish up our FYP report. I can say we are almost done. Left with a feel touchup or addons to some parts of our report and we are ready to print. First time ever in my poly life that I had to stay up this late to do a project, twice in a row. Good experience to me I must say, but it will be torturous to those who dont have the habit of sleeping very late.

Went over to Mark's place on Sunday night and Mark's parents are good in foosball game. -________-''' hahaha. Took a break in between, called MacDelivery, expected Ben to turn up, but too bad..Worked till 5am+ in the morning, took a nap till 8am and woke up and continue with work. Was rushing for time as all of us didnt really study for the PID Quiz nor the test...(i can feel someone saying, "AIYA U NEED TO STUDY ONE MEH" behind the screen while reading this. yes, its you.) I got no comments on both. Hahaha.

I am glad that Mr Chow extended the deadline cos we didnt manage to print it before 6pm. So the deadline was extended till this Friday. Wenwei and I made a last minute decision to stay over at Mark's crib again. Hahaha, Mark's mum joked that our ulterior motive was to play the foosball!! Hahaha, so funny la, but Mark was darn stress. Hahaha. Nevertheless, we still managed to complete everything by 1am and it was lights out! I took a short nap while they were doing though....ya..was emo..hahah.. -_-'''

Woke up at around 11.30am. MARK'S BED IS SUPER COMFORTABLE CAN! But my hair was havoc when I woke up. So I guess that's it! I guess my designs wont be able to start this week already.

This week ended with a tired but a sweet touch. Firstly, this whole week was just rushing for our last Landscape Design Presentation. As usual, we were chiong-ing to churn out as much perspective drawings as possible, but at the same time, juggling with our detail development which involves the use of AutoCAD.

So from Monday to Wednesday was at JonM's house to help them out as much as possible. Hahaha, felt quite bad to stayed until 12am on Wednesday, at least they managed to finish what they had to do (: I am glad I was of help, though I was floating around most of the time, didnt get to use much on the computer as I though they need it more than me. Thanks JonM for hosting us at his house to finish the project! (: Really, if it wasnt for JonM's computer, I cant imagine how frustrated Mark can get if he were to do Photoshop and SketchUp on his snail-like computer. HAHAHAHA.

Thursday stayed over GaoZheng's house to finish my perspective. I am really glad that I made the decision, if not I dont know how I will swear at my computer though I still prefer using my Razer mouse (HIGH SENSITIVITY YO!) Lucky I was there, lame moments and I thought that I still might be able to catch like at least 1 hour of sleep. But I didnt manage to, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to do our presentation in MSPowerPoint instead of Flash.

I felt this project really brought us closer, in some way or another. Everyone worked hard for yesterday and I am glad it's all over now. Adding on to memorable moments spent with this clique. They are the coolest in my whole life. I will never forget them!! Moreover, we are from HLM!!! Like the one and only course in Singapore!? That is what makes us so special! (:

Landscape design presentation was screwed for me. Hahaha, cant blame that I was already half dead by the time I present ok. The presentation started at around 10am in the morning and ended like 12 hrs later as this was an individual presentation. Good comments from Mr Dhanen about our group! WOOHOO! So after presentation, had dinner with JonM, Mark, Nisa, WenWei and Mr Dhanen. LD was the topic over the dinner. Hahaha, and thank you Mr Dhanen for the dinner!! (: Cool to know a bit more in the Landscaping industry.

So after that, went to stay over at Mark's house. I was really tired at that time, but I was still able to keep my eyes open until 5am in the morning and I was knocked out. =( I felt that I didnt do much cos I spent half of the time dozing off. HAHAHA! Like falling to one side and come back up again, then typed nonsense in my report. -_________-''' didnt even know what I was typing. Seriously, I reached the point where I can stoned there and my brain was lagging. Everyone was tired, but I believe we can finish it!! So that set my record of not sleeping for 45 hours. 45 hours la, hahaha.

Went back to school on a National Day, to finish up on our FYP. Everyone was really shagged out from the Landscape Design presentation the day before. It can be seen on all of our faces. Hahaha. So that's it for now I guess. I should get back to my report.

Today started with only starting to study for PID quiz at 0900...got one wrong -___-''' Then had lunch and went back to seminar to slack. I was bored to death there can...Lucky Loy and QianYi want to take plant photographs for their PID photo album, if not I rot liao. So along the way, Loy and QianYi asked some questions..haha..I am ok with it la. Just ask lor, hahaha.

Then, someone called to inform me that I won a 2nd prize in the iStyles competition. Yes, only JonM and Ben know that I took part in the competition. I just submitted all my 8 designs and I won 2nd. Now I am curious who won the 1st. Cos I was eyeing for the 4gb iPod Nano...hahaha...Ohh well...But I dont know which design of mine won the competition, hahaha. I am guessing it's Shine..hahaha..and ya, I forgot to say that I will be on hiatus..haha..maybe until study week? Which is next next week. Hahaha.

So after this, was...the announcing of where we will be going for IAP....I got Candy Floriculture..It says I will be expose to various aspects like nursery, plants and retail...so I dont know whether it is under Floristry or Nursery Management. -_-''' My floristry was my 4th choice and nursery was my 8th choice. I guess most of us got what they wanted...To those who are in the same 'boat' as me. I guess we have to find the good points out it. Eventually we have to be there for 24 weeks..It maybe short, but it will be long if you dont find something that will interest you in that area. LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.

We got other pressing stuff to deal with..which is LD..the deadline is this coming Tuesday and I am nowhere near 40%... -_-'''

Yesterday was pure greatness. First was RouQin picking us up from Christina's house. Yes, RouQin picking us up, she's the driver. Kudos to her, she kept the secret well for 1 year. We didnt know that all along she was taking up her driving license. Next up, was dinner at ShengShiong Market in Boon Lay area. So RouQin became the chauffeur of the night. I had trust in her, so the ride was ok. Hahaha. Dinner was great, didnt realise I ate so fast that when others barely touched their rice, mine was already half gone HAHAHAH.

After that went back to RouQin's house and played Mahjong..cards..Yea, RouQin got the cards version of Mahjong..Advantage is that, you only need to keep the cards after you finished playing. Less hassle (: Bad side? Hand will get tired after sometime and the games were very quiet. Except for a few occassional laughs at each other's shout to 'Eat'-ing and 'Pong'-ing the cards. After a few rounds, a nice aroma filled the whole living room. GUESS WHAT! DURIANS. Hahaha, it is been long ever since I touched a durian. Some were sweet and some were bitter. The bitter one was the smallest of all the 7 durians. It's free too. We didnt knew it was bitter until Christina told us.

So we were like looking at the pile of opened durians and deciding which one should we eat next. Christina tried the small one, and she said it was very nice. So RouQin and I tried it, first bite and that's it. It was horribly bitter and Christina finished everything. Hahaha, and I was teasing her, maybe your life too bitter, you find bitter durian nice. Choosing an empty durian shell was funny. So why do you have to choose an empty shell? It is to wash your hands and rinse your mouth so you wont have the durian stench lingering on your hands and in your mouth. Apparently it worked.

SGF Orchid Steward was fun! I didnt mind running around like a busy bee! It was a really good experience for me. Besides ending the 23rd July's with a bad situation, all in all was a very nice event. SOOOO MMMAAANNNYYYY ORRRCCHHHIIIDDDSSS. I was amazed by so many types of orchids. So my duty was to record down the plant number after a photograph of it have been taken. The photographer's name is Marc, friendly guy with a Nikon DSLR...didnt notice what model is it.hahaha. But his shots were just picture perfect!

So my duty was to record down the plant number after a photograph of it was taken...Then..some guy came...and told us that the way we put the orchids will bruise them. At that time, cos we were running out of time, so another supervisor was recording it and I was positioning the orchid for a photograph. Because of that guy, the supervisor got distracted and the number orders got mixed up. In the end, they had to stop cos there was not enough time..Those who were there might know who I am talking about.

So alright, early morning for me tomorrow. Nights ppl.

It's Sunday 20th July. Went out with Iqbal yesterday to collect weeds around Jurong. Collected like 60 weeds, but I had to throw some away as it was already 1am when I was flattening them and it's really shrivelled to a point of no return -_-''' Was bitten by a freaking huge black ant also -_-''' it's still itching now..and I was close to being bang down by one of those Class 5 lorry...didnt realize it until Iqbal was like stunned after the lorry went past. Nyeh.
